PHILADELPHIA INVITES CANADIAN SNOWBIRDS TO TAKE A PHILLY BREAK

PHILADELPHIA, February 21, 2008 - Philadelphia is inviting Canadian snowbirds to roost for a night or two in the city on their return migration from Florida. With record-breaking snowfalls recorded this winter in Toronto and Montreal, winter escapees will likely return to snow-covered homes in March and April.
