Gophila.com Now Offers Car Rentals And Tickets To Philly’s Most Popular Attractions
PHILADELPHIA, February 21, 2008 - Planning a trip to Philly just got easier on gophila.com. Now, in addition to booking hotel rooms, visitors can reserve an automobile from nearly 30 rental car companies and purchase tickets for dozens of activities, museums and cultural institutions, including The Franklin Institute, the National Constitution Center, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, QVC and Sesame Place. They can also purchase the Philadelphia City Pass or the Philadelphia Power Pass to gain access to multiple attractions. The new feature is powered by Travelocity.

The site enhancements made by the Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corporation (GPTMC) are part of ongoing efforts to make the region’s official visitor site a more comprehensive resource for the millions of travelers who rely on it each year to plan their stay in Philly. gophila.com continues to offer customized mapping, mobile text messaging, podcasts, vodcasts, travel itineraries and a new Internet radio station that launched on February 14, 2008.
