Stephen Starr is the unofficial king of Old City restaurants. His Buddakan, Continental and Tangerine were some of the reasons he was named “Restaurateur of the Year” in 2005 by Bon Appetit.
So when he praises Amada’s authentic Spanish tapas and Fork’s French/Mediterranean/American comfort fusion, that’s saying something! But it’s no surprise — Amada has become one of the toughest reservations in town.
