A dramatic restoration has transformed this 1927 Art Deco building into the Philadelphia Museum of Art’s new 59,000-square-foot annex. Just steps from the museum’s main building, the Ruth and Raymond G. Perelman Building houses an education center, archives, library, café and several exhibition spaces, including a new fashion and textile gallery.
