The Japanese House and Garden is one of the finest and most authentic gardens of the Momoyama style of Japan. Visitors can wander the tranquil grounds of Pine Breeze Villa, a 17th-century shoin-style Japanese house and explore the tea garden on the path to the ceremonial tea house. A winding trail around the rocks and trees leads directly to a pond filled with koi.
