Philadelphia kicked off the holiday season early this year with the lighting of five buildings along the Avenue of the Arts: the Terra Building (pictured here); The Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia; the Merriam Theater; Dorrance Hamilton Hall; and Anderson Hall. The Terra Building is just one of nearly a dozen façades on South Broad Street that will be permanently illuminated with programmable, color-changing LED fixtures.
