Patou chef Patrice Rames, a native of St. Tropez, knows how to create authentic fabulous French cuisine. With his Old City restaurant, Chef Rames pays tribute to the French Riviera with an adventurous menu in a lively, airy space.
The Cuisine
Patou’s menu is influenced by the flavors of North Africa, the French Riviera and the Mediterranean. The menu offers a seasonal array of ingredients and presents new entrées almost daily.
And now, Chef Rames has constructed an all-new brasserie-style menu. For seafood lovers, you can try the fruit de mer ("fruit of the sea") and a bountiful selection at the raw bar — or sample the Patou Plate, a handsome serving of lobster salad, oysters, mussels, clams and Alaskan king crab legs.
Other delicious entrées you may see on the menu include cardamom-spiced tuna loin with cauliflower purée and wilted watercress, Moroccan-spiced lamb with apricots and couscous, and penne with shrimp, clams and pine nuts in a white wine sauce.
