Top 10 Places to Watch the Game
When the Eagles are on the road, the best place to watch the game is with a bunch of friends and fellow Eagles fans here in Philadelphia. Luckily, there are a bunch of bars that are perfect places to watch the big game, where fans cheer and celebrate like they were at the game itself.
Gameday
Going to an Eagles home game is truly a memorable experience. And if you're a fan of football, you will definitely appreciate it.
Pre-Game
The pre-game atmosphere in and around Lincoln Financial Field in South Philadelphia is energetic... to say the least.
Philly fans have mastered the art and science of tailgating; many arrive as early as daybreak for Sunday games. There are barbecues, pep rallies, live pre-game shows, and yes, plenty of beer — for the fans old enough to partake.
The stadium's doors usually open about 2 hours before kickoff, so if you want to see the players warm up, arrive early. You might get lucky and even be able to score an autograph or two.
Kickoff
And then there's the game itself, which takes place in pristine Lincoln Financial Field — opened in 2003. Huge concourses, excellent concessions from local standbys (like the Schmitter®, Johnny Brenda's and Chickie’s and Pete’s) and beautiful sightlines to the field make this one of the NFL’s finest stadiums.
So do whatever you can to get your hands on Eagles tickets for the 2008-09 season.
Eagles Go Green
Since initiating the Go Green! program in 2003, the Philadelphia Eagles have made enormous strides in operating sustainably, significantly reducing the organization's impact on the environment.
