Robert P. Kelly
Robert P. Kelly is chairman, president and chief executive officer of Mellon Financial Corporation. Mr. Kelly became chairman, president and CEO of the Corporation in February, 2006. Prior to joining Mellon, he spent five years as chief financial officer of Wachovia Corporation, where he was named one of America's best CFOs by the readers of Institutional Investor magazine in 2004 and 2005. Previously, he spent 19 years with Toronto-Dominion Bank, where he served as a vice chairman and head of the retail and commercial bank.
In addition to his experience as a CFO, Mr. Kelly has extensive background in retail brokerage and banking and securities trading. He is a chartered accountant with an MBA and an honorary doctorate from City University in London and a bachelor's degree and honorary doctorate from St. Mary's University in Canada.
David B. Kutch
David B. Kutch is a senior vice president of Mellon Financial Corporation and chairman of Mellon’s Mid-Atlantic Region. Mr. Kutch joined Mellon in 1995 as a senior manager in Mellon’s private banking operation, and was appointed to his current position at the end of 2004. Based at Mellon Mid-Atlantic Region headquarters in Philadelphia, Mr. Kutch serves as Mellon’s primary point of contact for business and community interests in that region. He also leads Mellon’s Private Wealth Management operations in the Mid-Atlantic Region, and is a member of Mellon’s Senior Management Committee.
