The Bryn Mawr Running Club is active in various running events. They run one of the water stops at the Philadelphia Marathon, hold tailgate parties after the Broad Street Run and the Philadelphia Distance Run, and travel to support members who run in races such as the Boston Marathon and other national and international races.

The club’s premier event is the “Out and Back Party Run” held one Friday evening every April. It's a fast and flat course along Boathouse Row and Fairmount Park’s Kelly Drive followed by a party for participants.
