Philadelphia's neighborhoods are loaded with great restaurants. And with uwishunu.com's Philly Chefs: All Up in Their Grills, a monthly video series, we get to know some of the creative minds behind the cuisine.
The first episode features chef/owner Jim Burke of James in Bella Vista. James has quickly become a Philly favorite for its romantic ambiance and excellent menu based on seasonal, locally grown ingredients. On top of that, Jim turns out to be a really nice guy!
