Located on Sansom Street near the Avenue of the Arts (Broad Street), this is another one of Philadelphia’s best showcases for local talent. Chris’ Jazz Café offers an intimate atmosphere and a nice selection of food and drinks. That reduced-rate parking after 7 p.m. doesn’t hurt either.
