Walls are adorned with film noir posters and tiny circular tables line the narrow floor of the downstairs bar at Bar Noir, a popular nightspot located right off Philadelphia’s popular Rittenhouse Square.
Locals come here for the bar scene, where a funky, 50s-feel meets the glam of Rittenhouse Square with DJs as well as live music many nights.
