Hereford and Angus cattle, sheep, chickens, pigs, goats and horses all make themselves right at home on this 112-acre working farm, which offers various tours and family events throughout the year.

Visitors can participate in sheep shearing, hayrides, plant sales and an Apple Festival. If you want to learn more, you can sign up for programs in wood working, vegetable printing, ice cream churning, dried flower pressing and maple sugaring.

Fox Chase Farm is run by a partnership between Fairmount Park and the School District of Philadelphia.
