The Experience
Something to think about, something to talk about, something to take home; InterAct defines itself by the content of its plays, which ask important, and sometimes difficult, questions about the world we live in. This theater company of ideas will always challenge you with thought-provoking stories from new and contemporary playwrights.
Past productions include: Lebensraum (Israel Horovitz), winner of three Barrymore Awards, and Bee-Luther-Hatchee (Thomas Gibbons, resident playwright), which went on to play at more than 20 theaters across the U.S. The company also cultivates new voices for the theater through its new play showcases.
History
Seth Rozin founded InterAct in 1988 to produce new and contemporary plays that explore the issues of today's world. InterAct uses theater to foster positive social change in the community and illuminate pressing problems in schools and workplaces.
