Outsider Tip
If starting in Philadelphia, try parking in Center City and ride the Parkway to Lloyd Hall. Or leave your car at home and bike to the ride!
Nearly 1,000 riders are expected for Philadelphia’s largest bike ride this year, a non-competitive tour on June 18, 2006. All ages and skill levels are welcome at this family event, which raises money for the Bicycle Coalition of Philadelphia while offering a fun way to stay healthy and fit.
Choose from five scenic loops with varying levels of difficulty, from an easy, eight-mile loop to a challenging 100-mile journey that takes riders from the vibrant urban center in Philadelphia through the rolling horse country of Chester County and beautiful, historic Valley Forge.
COME PREPARED
Both pre-registration and family discounts are available via www.bicyclecoaltion.org. On-street parking is available near each start point.
