As the name implies, this program is serious — workouts are every week day, rain or shine, at 6 a.m. Platoon encourages you to challenge yourself to a routine based on the best military training... without the yelling drill instructor.
Meet your group on the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art and get support as you get in shape. The certified instructors aren’t here to yell at you and people of all fitness levels are welcome.
Monthly membership covers unlimited classes as well as personal attention via phone calls and emails. But don’t worry about joining for the first set of classes; five consecutive days are free. And visitors are welcome to participate.
COME PREPARED
Sneakers, comfortable clothes and a bottle of water are all you’ll need. Classes meet all year long, no matter the weather. (Wear layers in winter — you’ll warm up sooner than you think.)
The museum won’t be open, so there’s no access to a bathroom.
