Outsider Tip
Check out the Singer Songwriter Corner at the intersection of 24th Street and Fairmount Avenue — talented local musicians will be playing all afternoon.
More than 50 artists and 20 venues, along with thousands of visitors, come together in one neighborhood for a day of art, design, music and fun.
The entire neighborhood of Fairmount becomes a showplace for local art and music, displayed and performed on the streets and in restaurants, bars, cafes, and other local businesses — all with an open door policy.
The Arts Crawl is a day of artistic window shopping — your chance to hear quality local music, to see local poets reading their work, and to appreciate the art that is being made in Philadelphia neighborhoods every day — all the while getting to know the businesses that encourage the arts in one of Philadelphia’s most picturesque neighborhoods.
