Don’t miss a minute of holiday fun in Philadelphia! It’s time to get in the spirit and start your holiday shopping. So pick up a free Philadelphia Holiday Festival shopping bag between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. and hit the shops throughout Center City for all your gift-giving needs.
Family Fun Day also marks the opening of several other holiday treats. Be the first to see Macy's Holiday Light Show and spectacular decorative displays, or head over to see Reading Terminal’s Holiday Railroad, where you can grab some grub and take part in fun and festive activities. Embrace the winter chill and head to the Blue Cross RiverRink for a quick spin around the rink, which overlooks the Delaware River and Ben Franklin Bridge.
Wind down and take a break from the cool winter air at The Ritz-Carlton, which will celebrate the start of the season with a beautiful indoor tree lighting ceremony at 5 p.m. There will be plenty of live entertainment, complimentary hot chocolate and fabulous decorations to add to the holiday cheer.
