Loie Brasserie is a charming boîte conveniently located just off Rittenhouse Square on 19th Street. Open for lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch, Loie is a great place to enjoy a meal or a few drinks during your visit to Philadelphia.
Loie has been a neighborhood favorite for several years and recently underwent renovations as more space was added on the second floor.
Large French doors in the front open onto 19th Street during seasonal weather. A walnut-encrusted bar, new lighting, and new hardwood floors highlight the revamped interior.
The menu features modern and traditional French Bistro fare, including classics such as French onion soup, gratineed lobster gnocchi, tuna salad niçoise and a Cheese Plate with the chef's selection of cheese and charcuterie served with seasonal accompaniments.
The Loie Burger and the various tartine sandwiches (open-faced on a toasted baquette) are also delicious.
Bar and Nightspot
After dinner, Loie turns into one of the neighborhood’s most popular nightspots, with nightly DJs and dancing until 2 a.m.
