Insider Tip
Live music pulses through the venue on Wednesdays through Sundays, starting around 10 p.m. There’s karaoke on Thursdays, acoustic music showcases on rotating Wednesday and poker on Mondays. But no matter when you decide to visit, you are bound to have a great time.

Check Triumph's website for an updated music calendar.

Old City Location
Triumph has just opened a brand new brewpub in Center City Philadelphia at 117-121 Chestnut Street. Look for the new venue to turn heads in the Old City neighborhood, bringing great beer and live music to the cosmopolitan crowd.

The New Hope, Bucks County outpost of this popular Princeton brewery is a must-visit for any beer lover. Located in Union Square in the heart of historic New Hope, Triumph Brewing Company offers live music and a full service restaurant to accompany its delicious beers.

If you’re interested in touring the brewery, tours are available on Saturdays at 1 and 3 p.m. The restaurant and bar, however, is open everyday from lunch until late night. While the award-winning craft brews are the main attraction for many at Triumph, the cuisine is certainly no slouch.

For appetizers, try the beef negimaki or the tequila shrimp — both are a nice change of pace. The grilled pizza of the day is consistently excellent so look out for one that strikes your fancy. Triumph also has a beer and cheese pairing that matches four of Triumph’s current brews with a selection of four aromatic cheeses. It's quite a match.

The sandwiches at Triumph run the gamut and are heavy on flavor: mojo pork with chipotle mayonaise, jerk chicken with mango chutney, a Cajun chicken cheesesteak, a grilled Gruyere cheese with Italian bacon on sourdough, a poached mahi-mahi taco with avocado and cilantro, and an eight oz. Triumph burger — just to name a few.

The beers at Triumph are similarly bold. In fact, Triumph Brewing Company solidified its place among the brewpub elite by winning four medals at the 2005 Great American Beer Festival in Denver, Colorado (October, 2005), including the second straight gold medal for its popular Honey Wheat brew.
